Yes, but not with you personally. Mormonism is so closed. I read it is wrong to read material against Mormonism.DAVEH: I don't know that it is inherently "wrong". But many LDS people advise others against such "material" as they would against smoking or drinking booze. A little bit ain't the problem. It's when one over doses on such negativity that they lose sight of the Lord.
That's brainwashing.DAVEH: yawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwn........
Therefore, if the Mormon boss said something entirely "out in left field" the whole Mormon world would have reacted. Mormons yawn at this so it's no big deal to Mormons that they worship a different Jesus. Am I wrong in my last statement?DAVEH: How would I know, Glenn, since it is so difficult for me to find out what you believe about Jesus! IF you believe that Jesus does not currently have a body of flesh and bones, then perhaps we do believe in "a different Jesus". Maybe that is what President Hinckley was referring to.....I don't know, and shouldn't speculate until I read his words instead of your interpretation of his comments.
DAVEH: Must I repeat myself again. All I know is what YOU have said he was talking about. When I read it the first time, it did not strike me as particularly strange. I have not read it since, so contrary to your opinion......I do not know what "the boss is talking about". That is why I want to read it before I speculate about it. Is that a problem with you, Glenn?
