There are three places in the Bible that warn us not to add to God's word. It is finished. You have all the information you need in the Bible. Anything added is either a lie, or the result of an active imagination (eg. Joe Smith) . I do not pretend to know all that the Bible teaches, but I am satisfied that all I need to know is there.
