Has anyone else received the following email? I've gotten it several times. March 3 happens to be my birthday, so I take note of this a little bit more than I would otherwise. :-) I think I'll join with others and pray for our armed forces on this day and time, 3:03 pm on Monday, 3-3-3. Of course, I'm not going to put it off until then, but just make an effort to pray also at this time since so many others are doing this. It sure beats joining a march on Washington. :-)
David Miller. -------------- PRAYER POWER: As most of us know there is a chance our country may be going to war very soon. How about calling for a day of prayer and fasting for our country? When, you may ask? March 3, 2003. We were talking about numbers the other night...now think about this. As you know, in scripture the number 3 represents the Holy Trinity. What could be more appropriate than 03-03-03? Wouldn't it be great if all the Christians in the world or at least in our nation would stop what they are doing and pray on the same day? We could make 03-03-03 God's Special Prayer Day. He was there for all of us that day on the Cross. Faith is the door way that all miracles come through, but prayer is the key that unlocks the door. I hope you will pass this request on to all friends and family. In Christ we can survive or avoid the War that seems inevitable. Let's take action together. What about stopping all activities together - ! - at 03:03 in the afternoon of March 3rd. Then it would be 03-03-03-03-03. And that won't happen again for another thousand years (in 3003). We won't be around then...so how about now? Spread the word. Send this to all friends and loved ones. Let's unite in prayer for our nation and for all of the men and women in our Armed Forces.
