By all means, please tell the group when Jim's video is available on his website...I would like to see it, too.
When I was in graduate school, an evangelist was arrested for preaching in the middle of campus He was standing at the edge of a prominent fountain on campus; there was a designated free speech area in front of the bookstore, but it wasn't as high in traffic as the campus center. It was rumored that at his hearing the judge asked why he did not use the free speech area instead of the area near the fountain. He responded that in the Bible it indicated he should "preach near the fountain" (I do not know of any such verse, or which one he alluded to). However, he showed the judge the relevant verse to which the judge resonded, "It does not say the fountain at the University of Kentucky", and fined him.

I called Jim last night and he informed me that he does have copies of the
tapes. The police apparently still have the original video tape and he is
still trying to get that, but he does have a copy of it. Send me your
address and I will see what I can do to get copies to you. In talking with
Jim last night, he expressed a desire to get a video clip of it on his
website, so I plan to help him with that. The video tape is only 17 minutes
long because that's all the amount of time he preached before they arrested
him. The audio tapes go longer because it tapes the conversations with the
police officers as the arrest was going on. I forget how many times Jim has
been arrested, something like over 40 times I think, so he tries to document
it well with his tape recorder.
Peace be with you. David Miller, Beverly Hills, Florida USA
