Maybe Mormons will complain about this church, but Mormons target every Christian who is not a Mormon.  Therefore for Mormons to complain about this is hypocritical.  It is great to see a church so successful in getting Mormons saved.

THE SMART TROUBLES CAN BE TRACED TO MORMONISM.  It is also interesting to know Elizabeth Smart was brainwashed by Emmanuel.  That's makes her twice brainwashed.  Brain washed by Mormonism and brainwashed by an ex-Mormon.  Emmanuel was just taking the "former" Mormon doctrine of polygamy to its LOGICAL conclusion.  Emmanuel and Joe Smith seem to be twins.

South Mountain Community Church is a fast growing and innovative church located about 15 miles south of Salt Lake City. We have grown from 45 on our opening Sunday to over 600 in 4 1/2 years. We are a Purpose Driven church who targets former and existing Mormons; as well as other un-churched folks. We have baptized 140 people and seen many dozens leave Mormonism to follow Christ. We have just completed an expansion of facility so that we can seat 600 per service. urrently we our looking to expand our staff significantly. We are a church that is trying to make it as easy as possible for new people. The person we are looking for must have a track record of success in growing groups. He must be a person of influence, intelligent, have strong people skills, and be hard working. Specifically this position would require a person who can grow our small group ministry (this is the key ministry of our church, we have no adult Sunday school or any other program for adult discipleship accept groups.). This person would also be responsible for identifying and training people for service within the body. If you are familiar with a Purpose Driven model you will understand that we are looking for a Staff Champion for Discipleship and Ministry. This position would also require a person to be available for general ministry duties - occasional preaching, counseling, weddings and funerals, general administration. Computer skills are important, as well as the ability to work on a team for the goals of the team. We are an exciting opportunity for anyone who is not afraid of the challenge that a "cult-saturated" culture provides. God is prevailing through the work of his church in Utah but it is not a place for those that have a "fearful" frame of reference. The future is huge and we are excited to find someone who will add to the already existing joy of our team. Contact Paul Robie at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
