I just want to point out for the record that I am against any kind of "finger pointing" in public preaching. From my perspective, this phrase connotes a condition of the preacher's heart to accuse someone. Preachers ought never accuse in this manner. We should never condemn anyone. Nevertheless, at the same time, we would be foolish to think that our ministry of God's Word will not produce condemnation in the hearts of those who are in rebellion against God. This is a subtle but very important distinction. Let those who have ears to hear, hear. Peace be with you.
