DaveH does not qualify as a false teacher because to be a false teacher
he would have had to have known the truth at one time, Jude calls them
"doubly dead" which means they would have to have been born again and
then turned away from the truth to apostasy and fables.

We don't need to fear DaveH or the deceiving spirits working in/with him
because the 'greater' one is in us.  When the disciples pointed this kind of
thing out to Jesus He said "Let them alone, they be blind leaders of the blind"
Matt 15:14.

Dean writes:
And what do you take the words"Let them alone" to mean?
Love them and invite them to you house- or stay away from them?

Judy:
To me it means just what it says - that is don't hassle them about religious stuff.
This may be an alien concept to you Dean but some of us have had to live
this way.  God tells us to pursue peace with all men (I'm not talking about peace
at any price) but at times some of us find ourselves in situations where we just
have to hold our peace.

So what are you going to do when you find yourself in the midst of ppl you
love who are still walking in sin and who by your (Dean's) standard of measure
need to be rebuked and God says to hold your peace?  Sometimes it's best to
just say nothing Dean.  God is still on the throne.

Grace and Peace,
Judy
