Walker was arrested in January and charged with one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The count alleges Walker of having sexual contact with a female under the age of 13 in Nauvoo in May 1998. The incident took place in a Mormon church, investigators said.
Walker is relocating to Utah.
