:-) If you think about it Lance, you are only representing one side here. From the side of those who leave a group, it is the traditionalist who instituted traditions not found in Scripture and refuse to budge who are the ones responsible for the "tens of thousands" of disparate groups. The problem generally exists on both sides, in my opinion, those who are introducing something new being impatient or unwilling to suffer persecution as they testify about it, and also on the part of those in authority who refuse to hear the other. If we were to recognize that all the believers within a community, within a city, were one church and one family and one community, much of this division would have to be laid aside. This is not true for everyone. I do not believe that I live in chaos and confusion. God + God's Words (Bible) + me = righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. :-) Lance wrote: > (if something is true then it is not certain, > if certain then it is not true) Would you care to elaborate on this? Were you quoting someone else? I find that what is true is certain, and comprehending its certainty is the definition of faith. Peace be with you.
