Just thinking about God's grace reminded me of
something I saw the other night on TV.
Did any of you see Jeffrey Dahmer's parents on
Larry King Live the other night? Dahmer's
biological father and stepmother are both born again
believers in the Lord Jesus Christ.
They spoke of Jeffrey's childhood and what they
observed at the start of his downward
spiral into mass murder and cannibalism. Mr.
Dahmer said his son was an evolutionist and
an athiest and this was how he justified what he did in
his own mind because if there was no
God then he didn't have to answer to
anyone.
However, during his time in prison he bought and
read 13 books from CRI which the Lord
used to convert him and at the time of his death
he was speaking to others in prison about
Jesus. What an encouragement...
Talk about "amazing grace"; Mrs. Dahmer is close
to the sister of one of the victims who
is also a believer.
He is our peace, who has broken down every
wall....
