DAVEH:  That is not a logical conclusion at all.  I think the doctor performing the experiment assumed that soul and spirit were interchangeable terms.

Here's a question on the subject: What if we are composed of body and soul only unless/until we are "Born Again of the Spirit"? That would mean that the unsaved have no spirit.

DAVEH:  Num 16:22 suggests that all flesh has a spirit from God.  One would assume that would include the unsaved.

  It would mean that our spirit is not human, but Divine.  This is just a thought--so what scriptures can you find to refute it? Izzy
