Perhaps the significance of "walking thorugh the pieces" needs to be understood, and the consequence is rather disturbing.

I couldn't see how it was Jesus who passed through the pieces - I needed something more and I found it ie "it came about when the sun had set, that it was very dark, and behold, there appeared a SMOKING OVEN AND A FLAMING TORCH which passed between the pieces on Abrah's behalf?  In Revelation, John described the vision hehad seen of jesus: "His eyes were like a flame of fire (flaming torch); and His feet were like burnished bronze, when it has been caused to glow in a furnace (a smoking oven) (Revelation 1:14-15.  Jesus was the smoking oven and flaming torch of Abram's vision!  From my perspective right now Slade the consequence looks real good :-)
Don't you think you may be stretching this in order to see what you want to see Judy?  Comparing a smoking oven to burnished brass doesn;t seem like a valid comparison to me.  Even comparing a torch to an eyeball seems a little weird.
