active or passive. I asked for you to characterize it as such.
Therefore, according to your own definition and understanding of the terms,
would YOU characterize Abraham as an active or passive participant in the
covenant?
SLADE -- I used "you" in the plural sense, meaning a number of
interpretations can be wrought, depending upon y'all's (or youse's)
mindset. I believe in an active participation of Avraham, after all,
activity is the bread and water of the Hebrew Language.
DAVE -- Based
upon what you have written, I assume that you would consider Abraham to have
been an active participant. Is that correct?
SLADE -- I answered this, however, I now await the hatchet that
removes my head.

SLADE -- I did not use this word to mean what you received. He was bodily inactive. That's all I meant.
