Izzy Did you know that the people who first thought of these ideas were considered liberals in their day?   John   Are you talking about the nutcases with the website who deny the earth moves?  If you are speaking of the folks who sent men to the moon and back, you are talking about folks like my Dad who met all the guys you saw in the movie “The Right Stuff” as he worked at McDonnel Aeronautics on the various space programs until he retired.  He was a man who worked hard to forge a decent living and didn’t have a liberal bone in his body.  Those are the real movers in shakers in American history.  He was surely part of the inspiration that led my son, Todd, to become a USAF Academy graduate and F-15 pilot (now pilot trainer).  Izzy
