The same principle is used in lower courts to keep creation theories out of the classroom and to order the Ten Commandments to be removed from display in the courthouse and hidden in a closet somewhere while the Greek gods are allowed to be on display and Bill Clinton's name is etched in the cornerstone of that federal courthouse.
