Actually, Jesus warned about the leaven of the Pharisees, but that was not their teaching but their actions. Consider the following passage where Jesus instructs his disciples to listen and observe the teaching of the Pharisees:


Matthew 23:1-3
(1) Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,
(2) Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat:
(3) All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.


The Sadducees were the ones who had teachings that were off base. The Pharisees seemed to get it right on a lot of stuff (in regards to their teachings).
