Good question because it uncovers a point of ignorance on my part -- thus, proving (read "evidencing") that I have never actually worn a kilt ------------- so the picture of a short fat guy in plaid skirt can be sticken from your mind -- but, what is that little pouch attached to the kilt at the waist line?
