Nope... I disagree. What you refer to the words of sages who had a different
opinion of halacha (oral tradition). When He answered their objections, he
shut their mouths (my words)... which means His opinion of halacha was rock
solid. He did NOT break Shabbat.

Actually, Jesus did break the sabbath, more than once. Read the twelvth
chapter of Matthew. That, it appears, was one of the Pharisees chief
complaints, and one of their reasons for believing He could not be the
Messiah.
