When a Muslim presents himself as a candidate for the office of President of the USA or, for any other high office, I trust that David and yourself will be out front championing freedom of religion for all. I'm serious and would appreciate hearing from both of you on this.
I certainly support the right of a Muslim to run for President, but that does not mean that I would support him or vote for him. If he wanted to quote from the Qur'an or express his Islamic views during his campaign, I not only would support his right to do so, but I would encourage him to do so.
