You almost always mystify. As long as one keeps this in mind it'd be difficult to take exception with you.

I wouldn't assume anything when it comes to people - there are too many crazy ideas floating around out there.
If nothing else our TT experience should validate this as fact.  Then when God doesn't perform like we think He
should in response to their/our aberrent beliefs or our theology/words rather than His; we either get into unbelief 
and agree that these things passed away with the apostles and are not for today or we get into denial and claim
that the 'truth' is not practical or relevant in the real world because it "does not work".

Not while I counsel.   I ASSUME their commitment to God and the biblical message  (which I use extensively in my counsel).

You implication that I am not invovled in the truth is of no benefit to me, since I don't agree.
