J.T. > I maintain that Jesus was the Word in the beginning - John 1:1 - and that Jesus is the Word at the end - Revelation 19:13 (Why isn't He called the "eternal Son" here?)

Judy, I am not denying that Jesus is the Word from the beginning or the end. I believe the Word is eternal -- although I do not know where if any place this is stated as such in Scripture. One does not have to emphasize the word "eternal" when speaking of God --Father, Son, and Holy Spirit -- except when essential aspects of this Trinity are being denied and called temporal.

No, Judy, I do not. A cursory reading of what I wrote will tell you that. Please stop with the slams in insults.  Bill

jt: Bill we really do not understand one another because the above is not meant to be a "slam or insult" Why do you take everything so personally?  Are we both in pursuit of Truth?
