Inconsistency has nothing to do with it. If someone drops out of the
discussion and then sends a barrage of articles to the list, he is just
trying to promote his cause without responsibly entering into dialogue with
us. This is not appropriate for a DISCUSSION list.
Would it be appropriate for me to announce my withdrawal from the
discussion, then send post after post of commentary from Albert Barnes, Adam
Clarke, Finis Dake, etc.?
I just assumed that Jon had changed his mind. I see no point in making a big deal of this, in view of the fact that it was so beneficial to several on the list.
It only added to the discussion.
No harm, no foul.
