Did you provide me with an answer to part 1 in your response to part deux? Only if you think so, Lance (who is suddenly able to communicate.)

Let me attempt a teeny tiny bit of amateur 'shrinkology'. That at which you are most angry with respect to myself has to do with the nature of my engagement (non-engagement) with David Miller? 1. OK a little 2. Actually, quite a bit  3. I just can't stand you because of it  Zero.

Did you note the 'tenor' assumed by me, vis a vis David Miller,  in the post which just generated your vitriolic response? Don’t remember.

Lastly, Iz, please 'get a grip'! You can choose to ignore me altogether. That is a genuine option, you know? Now you sound like Jonathan used to. Congrats. I guess you all take your turn at being unrelational. Izzy

Allow me to respond in two parts, please.

1. As to the post to which you are just now responding, does it illustrate the charge you've just levelled at me? In what way? I have bent over backwards trying to communicate with you.  Then you say it does not bother you to not be understood, after making it quite clear that you aren’t even trying.  Then you talk about “relational”.  Go figure.

2. Assume that what it is your getting from me on TT is the best I've got, what then would you have me do?  I don’t assume such nonsense. You are quite capable of being understood, as your post below shows.

IMO individualism is the enemy of the relational. We must be rooted in much, much more than "IMO'.

I thoroughly concur with the founder of TT, David Miller, on setting the bar as high as it needs to be. There are competent people herein so, let's 'stretch' ourselves.

Lance

.

Lance, “relational” people desire to be understood.  This excludes you.  Izzy
