A "torture" known as "waterboarding" (where the enemy combatant's nose is dunked under water in a scare tatic to simulate drowning) ....is being practiced by the US military and is deplorable and despicable and must be stopped!

Amen to that. She was alive for at least 45 minutes. From the time the cops were finally called (the next morning) it took them 20 minutes to respond AND recover the body.
