IMO DVCode is not nearly as 'fantastic' as the ancillary 'Christian' sources issuing from the LDS. IMO DVCode is only
a little bit more 'fantastic' than some of the claims made by David Miller and yourself.

jt: Now Lance - I understand that you couldn't help yourself - but really!!  Jesus and Mary Magdalene parents? Give me a break.

Once you open the door to the 'fantastical' by means of your lack of orthodoxy,

jt: What makes you think "orthodoxy" is so safe Lance?  After all it was cobbled together by men, men who were not of one heart and one mind from what I've read about the Church Councils that followed that first one in Jerusalem.. Keeping Jesus an "eternal son" is kind of insulting. He wasn't a son before the incarnation and he hasn't been that since the resurrection.  In fact noone knows the name written on the white stone but if I were a betting person I would guarantee that it will NOT be "eternal son"  Just a few of His names are:

The Bread of Life Jn 6:35
The Light of the World Jn 8:12
The Gate John 10:9
The Good Shepherd Jn 10:11
The Resurrection and the Life Jn 11:25
The Way, the Truth, and the Life Jn 14:6
The True Vine Jn 15:1
The I AM (Before Abraham was I AM) Jn 8:58

you must prepare yourself for that which comes in the door. I'm quite serious about this.

jt: I hear you Lance and I do appreciate your concern but I guard the door to my heart zealously and it is my belief that orthodoxy allows much more fantasy than I do. For examply just look at the list of aberrations in the RCC (the founder and originator of what is called orthodoxy) for starters.

As an aside, I believe that David Miller will be held to account for more than yourself.

jt: Well we will all stand or fall in the face of Him with whom we have to do and He definitely won't be appearing as the "eternal son" gentle Jesus meek and mild - It's a new day.  The David Miller problem is a mystery to me, why is he more dangerous than anyone else who does not have the whole loaf (which would be all of us). What if Jesus views locking Him into eternal sonship as a much more serious heresy?
Now, plot summaries of the book and it's respondents can be accessed via google, I believe.

jt: Thank you Lance, Jonathan has kindly send on some URLs which I will check out.  judyt

I'm interested to know more Lance; apparently you are not easily impressed because according to the
book jacket this author is mysterious and a genius in the art of plot and symbiology. What do the Christian sources say
about it?  jt

Sell? No! I've listen to the audiobook of the novel. IMO, it isn't outstanding. Several responses have issued from Christian sourses. If interested to know more then, just ask.

Say Lance (the Bookman), do you sell and/or have you read the DaVinci code and if so do you have an opinion about it?  Aso anyone else on TT. My neice in Australia is reading it and she is totally anti Bible, anti Church that my interest has been tweaked because she says she "likes" it. jt
