We did not get much as far as Buffalo is concerned It only is a good snow when it goes over 2 feet anything less in Buff is a dusting!  I have seen 4 feet fall in a few hours followed by 2 more the next day.
I shoveled this I wanted to cry when it snowed 2 more feet. Took me all day to shovel 4 feet
Besides where can you throw this stuff. The kids were jumping off the back porch & disappearing into the snow

Friday I could see the vapor wiggling upward into the sky forming clouds and lake effect snow. The big ones here come off the lake since we are directly east and the wind usually brings snow right off the lake. In one case a wind storm picked up all the snow off the ice and deposited it downtown buff.
Also the wierd thing is one town has a total white out while the next town over is sunny & clear. That is lake effect for you!

I missed this one "77" Ever see anything like this?

How cold is it?

When you start your car 15 minutes before travelling & get in the car the Temp gauge is still pegged to COLD.

When you breathe through your nose the insides freeze shut

When you park your standard shift car you must leave it in nuetral else you can not move the gear shift since the whole thing is solid as a block of ice.

The tears in your eyes freeze

You block off the whole Radiator with cardboard. The heater still only gives cold air.

I have a question for you guys in Canadahow do you stand the cold up there???  Its twenty degrees here now and the wind has been blowing at around 30 mph all day (sometimes up to 40), and its horrible.  It was 4 degrees one night this week. I look at Chicago and New York on TV and they are really miserable with a blizzard  Ive always wondered how anyone can stand to live in the country north of us where all this horrific weather comes from.  (That may actually account for the evil dispositions weve seen exhibited in the past, as a matter of fact. J ) Is it a blizzard all of the time there? What is the temp, etc. where you guys (Lance, Jonathan) are right now?  How many months do you get summer weather (whatever that is up there.) Izzy
