BLAINE: The Ancient of Days is Adam, the father of our race. He will receive the Kingdom in the Valley of Adam-Ondi-Ahman, in the state of Missouri--the Saints are the Latter-day Saints. The basis for the rule of law in this Kingdom will be the Constitution of the United States. All established Mormon doctrine, I believe, you might get Dave to comment on this, I could have some details left out or wrong. I have changed the Subject line to reflect the proper Subj Dave or Blaine care to answer this? In your estimation who is this Ancient of Days? And is the answer you provide your personel or Oficial Church teaching?

Like in Dan 7 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom. The LDS Church was started by God to restore the truth. It is the "stone cut out of the side of the mountains without hands," mentioned by Daniel the Prophet. As I stated before, it is the goal of this Church (of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) to prepare the world for the eventual establishment of the Kingdom of God on earth (Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven). It is the "Kingdom Come" of the Lord's prayer. The "stone" will continue to roll forth untill all nations are a part of that universal "Kingdom Come." It had small beginnings, but as you can plainly see, it is gaining momentum' despite heavy opposition (from Kevin, mostly (: ) -- "Charles Perry Locke" wrote: Blaine, isn't there supposed to be a great falling away before the end? Maybe that is what we are seeing in Europe. When people join the LDS, that is falling away, too! They are part of the problem!
