The Old Covenant passed away before his generation, there is just One Way to the Father under the New Covenant and he (Einstein) could not have known it and failed to express this knowledge somewhere in his writings because it is when we confess Him before men that His promise to confess us before the Father is validated.

Tom Torrance's last lecture at Princeton (1997) was entitled ' Einstein's God'. Therein he addressed some of the eipigrammatic sayings of Einstein such as those you've included in your post. I'd say that it is possible that
he had a genuine 'relationship' with the Living God.
