Moderator's note:

My more recent reading habits took root in semi-monastic environments (where Baseball herself could be seen trotting out a slight blue skinny string bikini on white every Spring like the Yankee Clipper in a pin striped suit but with a bag of fresh sunflower seeds in one hand and a newly milled maple 'XBat' in the other) where even the Lord himself, who's been known to overpower such feeblemindedness (temporarily:), was known to be saying, simultaneously, 'as usual, G, my son, with your eyes straight ahead accentuate the art of scanning, low, these many virtuous volumes and (95) theses, etc., then, perhaps, accentuate, as you then see fit, the art of zeroing in on certain issues to, perhaps, respond to, at least semi-informed, just for Me, will you, please?'

 

...anyway, by now, you probably know as much about 'a' style as anybody (inc me:); the point here, for today, and for the near summery (eschatological) future, being, that the moderator of TT would like to hear from you (not the really Steinbrenners), publically or privately, partic if you think any partic post or issue warrants specific attention that appears to be lacking on a list moderator's part

 

e.g., if you think i've 'spared the rod' unfairly or oughta be gettin' after some bizaar poster you know, inform me, politely and persuasively please, of your concern/s (partic after Apr 16, because, historically, on/after Opening day in Denver, some monastic moderators who may mysteriously migrate maybe mesmerized maybe mercifully may be mostly male as in huMans, beings who love (to play) baseball..
