Why you, Linda, along with the other (herein one employs one's imagination thus inserting the appropriate vocabulary)....find it amusing to speak as you do of 'perhaps the greatest theologian since Athanasius' while taking offence at the jibes appropriately directed toward a truly third-rate (a most generous comparison on DM's behalf) thinker such as David Miller is beyond me.
