EVIL definition: Something that is a cause or source of suffering, injury, or destruction

Here in Luke 13, we have two stories of people being swept away in sudden death. Was this Evil cruel & immoral? No the judgement of God is JUST not cruel nor immoral.
Luke 13:1 There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.
Obviously they were bad men else in the Providence of God He would not have allowed the Destruction and Suffering of innocents engaged in worship. Or would He? He did.
And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
Towers built for mens safety, instead tumble down on mens heads.Christ WARNS us here that the untimely deaths were not because of any more sin than you or I. What do their sufferings tell us? We deserve to Perish except we Repent! We are as great sinners as those that Perished. Was God unjust in allowing this tradgedy?  The judgements of God are loud calls to ALL to repent.
Now this brings forth the question of why do bad things or evil things happen to good people?
AMOS 3:6 shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Who was ultimately responsible for allowing the tower to fall on these people? Makes you think of the recent sunamis, God was not on vacation in December 2004! He could have stopped these waves that swept men women AND Children away.
"He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth."
"shall their be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?"
Are you like unto a fig tree that bears no fruit? Christ says "cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?"
For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD.
He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
Job 8 Doth God pervert judgment? or doth the Almighty pervert justice?
Pr 19 An ungodly witness scorneth judgment
For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment
O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
