God indwells in terms of the mind of man -- let this mind be in you; consider yourselves dead to sin (a way of thinking); be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind; we are of the flesh if we set our minds on things of the flesh and of the spirit if we set our minds on things of the Spirit.
Could it be that Satan's entering into Judas was a statement that Judas had set his mind on traderous activities while at the last supper? There is nothing in man to "enter" except his mind/heart. In Luke, this entry took place when he had gone to the Jewish leaders -------- sometime before the last supper (Lk 22). Satan is not running in and out of the man's body. Rather, he flashes in and out of the thinking of Judas.
