Agreed, jt.  I have found no misrepresentations in your posts.  I have, however, found you being accused of such when you accurately represent postings of others which they then find embarrassing.  Izzy

Has anyone thought to ask John what he meant with his statement below? You do misrepresent him if what you make of his words is anything other than what he intended to convey. Before representing him at all, wouldn't it be prudent to first make sure you understand his position? We know by his own rebuttal that he did not mean that he or anyone else ought to be "comfortable in sin" -- hence he is indeed being misrepresented when others continue to falsely assert that he is. Please, let's cut the acerbic crap from our commentary and seek understanding instead. Some of this is so elementary that even the least among us ought to get it -- if you know what I mean.

I was responding to JD's comment below:

If you are comfortable thinking you can keep your sin and still be considered righteous I feel sorry for you.

i agree, Pastor--jt, pls find a way to respond within the posted facts (or archived factual basis) of the comments of other TT posters; intentionally misrepresenting TT posts offends ppl and diminishes the qualitiy of the discussions

ftr, these discussions would be served better by authors taking a win-win approach to writing, esp while participating in a forum, a series of public dialogs, not a 'civil' war
