We all agree that God is a God of love and grace.  The problem is how we 
define the operation of love and grace.  Some of us believe that means he 
does not allow us to continue in sin.  Some of us believe that means he will 
manifest anger and wrath against those who continue in sin.  Some of us 
believe that the God of the Old Testament and the God of the New Testament 
is the same God.  Therefore, we believe that the God of the Old Testament 
also is a God of love and grace.
