Oracles of God   --------    a phrase used in the NT three times:  once in Romans 3:2 where the Jews are in possession of  .......;  Heb 5:12 where we have the first principles of the ......;  I Peter 4:11 where our speech is to be as if we were speaking the   ....."  


It is used of the "utterances" of God.   Our speech is to be reflective and in the same frame of thought as of the oracles of God Himself.   If identifed to any specific content, "oracles of God' are connected to Sinai (Romans 3:2) and the content of the apostles teaching  (Thayer)
