No, the passage says no MAN could number them, which is an idiom that
simply means that you can't look at the crowd and assign a number to them.
How big of a crowd does it take before you are unable to number them? For
me, a crowd of about 10,000 would probably be more than I could number. I
suppose other people might do a better job, but if I looked at a crowd with that
many people, I'm pretty sure that I could not get an accurate count.
The demonstrations at out capital and other major cities are always
difficult to estimate, even for the experts with high tech equipment. Some
people will claim a million people came out, while others will say there were
only 200,000. Check out the following link for a rally in London where
estimates ranged from 500,000 to 2,000,000.
Here is another link where a crowd was estimated by one group to be 200,000
but a more scientific analysis put the figure at 65,000. They also report
a rally where the estimate was 40,000 was perhaps actually around 5,000.
Check out the following link that shows great disparity between different
estimaters of the Million Man march in Washington:
The point is that it does not take a very large group of people before you
have a crowd that is more than any man can number. In these last days,
just one Christian rally in Washington D.C. could produce a multitude
greater than any man can number, and the Biblical passage Rev. 7:9 speaks of
many nations not just one.

I agree that Christ came to minister to Israel only when he came, but I
believe his teachings to them have applicability to those of us who have been
grafted into Israel by faith. Just look at Mat. 7. What parts of the
chapter are you going to suggest do not apply to anyone but Israel? You
seem keen on doing that for "few there be that find it," but what about the
teachings concerning, "Judge not, that ye be not judged," or "beware of false
prophets ... know them by their fruits" or "Not every one that saith unto me,
Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom..." or "give not that which is holy
unto the dogs" or "Ask and it shall be given you" or "how much more shall your
Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?" or "whatsoever
ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law
and the prophets." Are you willing to argue that all these teachings are
only for physical Israel?

appearances?
Yes, it is, but in the very last days, just before the resurrection, all of
Israel will be saved.

There is very much reason to rejoice in the great numbers of those who will
be saved, but in comparison to all the rest of humanity, the number is
relatively small. Millions will be saved, but billions will
be lost.
Peace be with you.
