It’s good to know that the Holy Spirit speaks the same language on both sides of the border.  (Even urging repentance!) J Izzy

Thanks Izzy. There are some amazing people working on both sides of the border to change the spiritual fabric over their cities and their countries. I once asked a Canadian theologian what did Christ's resurrection and ascension mean for all of mankind and creation. He started talking about the kingdom of God and how everything has changed. And then he looked at me and said it does not appear so when we look around but it is seen with the eyes of faith and it is here.

One part of my brain holds memories and pictures of intercessors pleading for God to heal our land and leaders and pastors repenting of sins and dedicating themselves to change. One part of my brain holds memories and pictures of all the things that are getting worse and all the things that are getting better. It's hard to mesh all that and really see. 1 Chron 12:32 talks about men of Issachar who understood the times and knew what Israel should do. We need men like these for our times.

Love,

Caroline
