I was considering the phrase, "he vanished out of their sight." They were looking at him one moment, recognized that this was Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior, and immediately Jesus became invisible. He vanished.
The Road Runner vanishes out of the sight of Wiley Coyote too, is he invisible?
I believe I already addressed this in comments about Jesus going thru a door he was not invisible just not limited to the natural laws that he designed and implemented in this universe. Just like on ressurection morning he "vanished" from the Tomb talked to some and made a bee line to heaven and back all while the Jerusalem Grille was still serving breakfast! How far is it to heaven and back? How fast was He travelling? Going to heaven and back in maybe an hour, does that make him invisible? If you were travelling with Him would He be invisible?
God IS eternal, immortal, invisible & the ONLY God!
1 Timothy 1:17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

I guess I'm not communicating very well. Sorry about that. I was not
considering "their eyes were opened." I was considering the phrase, "he
vanished out of their sight." They were looking at him one moment,
recognized that this was Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior, and immediately
Jesus became invisible. He vanished. Although he was invisible, that does
not mean that he did not have a body.
It seems to me that part of the glory of the Father is invisibility which
Jesus also shares with him.
Peace be with you.
David Miller.
