Psalm 2 addresses the themes of 'God's Annointed' and, of His universal
dominion. The theme you 'wish' for me to acknowledge is more that of the
'singer/psalmist', not that of the Lord Himself.

As to Revelation David, I'm not a literalist when it comes to this book. I
believe it to have masked the author's references to the (his) present (1st
century). IMO he was speaking of the Roman empire.

In neither case do I draw the interpretive conclusions that you do. But, I
do know what you intend for me to understand. This is a drum beat I've heard
for most of my life.

thanks,

Lance
