1. The Person of Christ 2. Scripture 3. Personal experience Jesus never cooperated with sin though born fully human. You, David, cooperate (present tense) with the principle of sin (fallen nature). Having heard some of your 'story' it'd appear that is is less of a cooperative venture than it used to be. IMO no part of scripture hints at the possibility of a state of being where such cooperation willy fully cease.
