Not if you stay there DaveH. God expects us to be
moving fwd . We are to be overcomers. Ground that
constantly receives rain yet only produces thorns and
thistles is "close to being cursed" or even that which is
completely barren as in the "parable of the fig
tree" jt
DAVEH: Are you suggesting that you believe you cannot be
saved if you hold to some doctrinal error, Judy?

It's like being pregnant DaveH. You either
are or you are not, it doesn't matter how many months. Same
with where we are
walking. We are either walking in the light or walking in
darkness. Noone but Jesus has
ALL the light "but if
the light within us be darkness - how great is that darkness?"

DAVEH: I do not recall any TTers (or other Christians for
that matter) saying that they could not be saved if they believe any
untruths. Is that the way you see it, Kevin? Will not having
100% of the truth disqualify one from salvation? If so, that
is a new one on me. I'd say there are a lot of TTers (besides the
Mormon boys) who are going to be in for a shock when they learn they may
have some errors in their doctrinal beliefs.
No.....I was thinking of other requirements that have been mentioned on TT
in the past. For instance.....What about repentance, Kevin? Do
you believe that is an important and necessary component of
salvation?

I would say TRUTH is a required component, don't you?
DAVEH:
Faith and belief.....is that all you think is required for salvation,
Kevin?
