He values unity, no doubt, but he values unity among diversity not unity among homogeneity. We see this in creation, with the diversity of species that exist, and we see this in the fact that he created man male and female rather than unisex. DAVEH:   I am sure we have a different perspective on why he did that.....but I don't think you want to get me started teaching Mormon doctrines here!   :-) We see this in his prohibition of homosexuality, which is a form of unity through homogeneity, perverting the unity in heterogeneity that he has ordained.
