You could be right, John. There is a lot of spiritual stuff in the Revelation that I don't understand.

Could it be that "7" is the number of "completeness" or "perfection" and the seven spirits has little to do with a head count and more to do with that which is holy, perfect and complete -- hence the "the seven spirits of God." Just asking.

Sure does, Terry, But check out Rev 1:4, 3:1, 4:5, and 5:6. It mentions 7 spirits of God!
