Have you ever studied Catholicism in regards to marriage, divorce, and
remarriage? Catholic doctrine rightly recognizes that to divorce someone
and then marry someone else while your first spouse is still alive is
contrary to the teachings of Christ. However, they skirt the spirit of the
teaching by devising many laws that help people determine when a marriage
was not really a valid marriage to begin with. Catholic law actually
specifies situations whereby a person could consider that their first
marriage was not a valid marriage in the eyes of God.

This Catholic man who seduced my sister basically convinced himself and my
sister that her marriage to her husband was not really a valid marriage in
the eyes of God. It was Roman Catholic tradition that planted this view in
his mind. His reasoning was all based upon Catholic law concerning when a
marriage is not valid in the eyes of God. One of his biggest reasons for
why her marriage was invalid was that her husband had represented to her
that he was a virgin many years previously when they were first married, and
then later admitted that this was not true. Such reasoning led to the
rationalization that the present marriage was not really a valid marriage in
the eyes of God, so despite her vows, her many years of union, her children,
etc., she was free to marry whomever she wanted. Of course, Catholic law
tends not to recognize the authority of her first marriage because it was
not a Catholic wedding, so it became a simple thing for her to justify her
adultery, divorce, and remarriage to another man. According to Roman
Catholicism, she was never really married in the first place! In fact, her
marriage was suddenly declared to be fornication. So all that was left was
for her to convert to Catholicism and marry this other man, which is what
she did. The Catholic church is very complicit in what happened in this
particular situation. From my perspective, I expect that Judge Jesus will
not only judge the parties involved, but the institution of Roman
Catholicism that facilitated it.

Peace be with you.
