I have never taught this. This is slanderous reporting. What I believe is that God's Spirit reveals his intent in Scripture without extensive formal study. This does not mean that the "full intent" of God is revealed in "each text" on the "first read." I think every believer has experienced reading a passage that he has read many times before, and suddenly he perceives something taught there that he had not seen before. Peace be with you.
