Saying, "no matter what Bill says you still won't get it" is the same thing 
as saying that she is stupid.  Such a point is clearly ad hominem and 
unnecessary.  It is a statement of hopelessness.  I'm not sure there is a 
way to reword it.  Just don't say it.

If you really feel that she will never get it, then don't waste time trying 
to help her get it.  If you think it might be possible for her to get it, 
and you have time, spend more time trying to uncover the paradigm or hidden 
assumptions that prevent her from getting it.  It might also be that you 
have some hidden assumptions that cause you not to get it.  In other words, 
Judy might be the one seeing correctly and you do not, so she doesn't "get 
it" because she rightly disagrees and does not accept falsehood.
