Too many years ago I watched a team who played softball. They were billed as 'The King and His Court'. As I recall there were but four of them. They'd play the local team at what appeared to be a considerable disadvantage. The pitcher occasionally put a blindfold on. He'd pitch to some from second base. Invariably it was bye-bye local team and, all hail to the King and his court.

I've no idea, David, whether you ever played that game. I have watched you play this one (TT). I apologize for the metaphor but, you can cut me some slack on this one. As but an unworthy onlooker who occasionally represented the 'local team', I say simply and genuinely to a most gracious host, All Hail the king!
