No I don't. I mean exactly what I said. To argue for the "spirit of the law" verses the "letter of the law" is to make no difference between the two covenants at all. It is the difference (for me) between what is legislative and that which is ontological. The living Christ can be seen in the renewing of the mind Ro 12:1ff; in His creation (Ro 1) and in His body (The Assembly of Saints) as well as expressed in the written Word.
