cd: Dave satisfy my curiosity. As I answered your questions here are a few I would like answers to -as to determine Mormon roots. If any other TTer would like to answer these  questions-I would be delighted.

1 After the fall can man chose to come to God on his own?
The fall did not take away man's God given ability to choose good over evil - see God's mercy toward fallen Cain Gen 4:7
and fallen Enoch who pleased God by choosing to walk with Him after the fall.

2. Does our good have a to do with any condition for God giving us salvation (ie. Christian view of we can/are saved now).
No since we are by nature children of wrath - we are in need of a fresh start - a new nature (2 Cor 5:17) in order to be saved
from God's wrath in the last day.

3. Did Christ die for all men or only the saved (ie. the elect )
He died for "whosoever" is willing to humble themselves and come to Him.

4. Can one reject God and salvation ?  Yes.

5. Can a person "fall" from the Grace of God.  Yes by following Esaus example of preferring their own fleshly desires over
the blessing or by allowing a root of bitterness to spring up defiling themselves and those around them (see Hebrews 12:15)

He that says "I know Him" and doesn't keep His Commandments
                              is a liar (1 John 2:4)
