Thoughts that work for me from the thinking of others:
An ecclesiology that does not share a high regard for a hermeneutic that includes church tradition,
preferring, instead, an infintile appeal to Sola Scriptura that denies all circumstances for
understanding other than the influence of the Sprit is myopic in nature and without a foundation.
It is not the facts of a secular world that are the problem but the ordering of those facts, giving one
a paradigm of thought that excludes God and [eventually] collapses into itself because because becasue it
is a closed system. Implosion cannot be avoid. All things "eternal" are necessarily exluded. The
system itself is doomed. Truth is not its demise - acceptance in the long term is.
